These terms govern all orders placed with Aureval Computers & IT Solutions (“Aureval”, “we”, “us”) through this website, email, or WhatsApp.
1. Quotations
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date issued, after which prices are subject to reconfirmation due to market price fluctuation on components such as storage and networking hardware.
2. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only on receipt of a signed/accepted Proforma Invoice and advance payment as specified on that invoice. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or UPI to the account details on the Proforma Invoice. We do not process payments through this website. For outstation (non-Delhi NCR) dispatch, a minimum order value of Rs 5,000 applies.
3. GST Invoicing
Every order is billed on a GST-compliant tax invoice showing make, model, serial number (where applicable), warranty period, and tax separately. Input tax credit is available to registered buyers as per applicable GST rules.
4. Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are dispatched pan-India by courier once payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines vary by destination and courier serviceability and are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on handover to the courier. Buyers are responsible for inspecting shipments on receipt and reporting any transit damage as per the Return & Replacement Policy.
5. Warranty
All products carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. Aureval does not provide any warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty claims are supported through the brand’s authorised service network; serial numbers are recorded on your invoice for this purpose.
6. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please ensure all order details, quantities, and specifications are correct before accepting the Proforma Invoice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
