Cartridge and quantity
The cartridge type for each model (12A, 88A, 925, 137A, 166A, 337 or the Brother cartridge) and how many of each. If unsure of the type, the printer model is enough.

GST details

4. Proforma invoice
A Proforma Invoice with itemised pricing, GST breakup and payment details is shared before the order is confirmed.
5. Confirm and pay
The order is confirmed on receipt of the accepted Proforma Invoice and advance payment by bank transfer or UPI. Payments are not processed through this website.
6. Dispatch and invoice
The order is dispatched pan-India from Nehru Place by courier or transport partner chosen for the size and destination, with a GST Tax Invoice showing the HSN code and tax breakup; delivery time and any delivery charge are confirmed in your written quotation.
How pricing works
Prices are not listed on this website because they depend on the cartridges, the quantities and the delivery locations. Every price is given in a written quotation prepared against your requirement, with itemised pricing and GST on separate lines on the Proforma Invoice.
To get an accurate quotation the first time, send your full quantity and the whole mix of models in one enquiry, rather than several small ones. If you have a target quantity or a budget, mention it in the enquiry so the quotation can be prepared against it.
Working out how many cartridges you need
Divide the pages a printer prints in a period by the cartridge’s page yield. Lapcare lists a yield of 1,500 pages for the 166A and 1,150 pages for the 137A; yields for the other cartridges are not listed, so ask when you enquire. Actual yield varies with how much of each page is printed.
Illustration only: a printer that prints 3,000 pages a month on a cartridge with a 1,500-page yield uses about two cartridges a month, or 24 a year; ten identical printers would use about 240. Keep a small buffer so a printer is never left waiting for a delivery.
